           TRANSCENDS

The world is in unprecedented crisis due to the lack of awareness of our civilization regarding the wastes we generate and the non renewable resources we consume with each of our actions each hour of each day of our existence leaving a deep negative footprint in the planet. Global Warming has been the focus of attention of science and politics for over two decades and a lot has been said about its consequences; however none gets even close to the damage the warming of the oceans is causing to humanity once we run out of the fresh water available for humanity and by stopping the oxygen production by marine phytoplankton causing the atmospheric global oxygen depletion that will eventually result in the massive mortality of animals and humans.

 

There are oxygen from the ocean phytoplankton in each breath we take since these plants contribute between 50 to 85% of the oxygen in earth atmosphere. However  over 90% of the heat trapped by Greenhouse Gases is absorbed in the ocean and an increase in the world ocean temperature of about 6°C (which some scientist predicts could happen as soon as 2100), could stop this oxygen production. In fact direct measurements has demonstrate that in the last 50 years oxygen levels in the world oceans has been dropping at a speed 2 to 4 times higher the amount of CO2 that´s entering due to burning fossil fuel.

 

To put the phytoplankton crisis into a land perspective, in each 5 years interval of the last 50 years, an equivalent of green ocean plants and photosynthesis has been eradicated as if would have cut all the Amazon Rainforest therefore in the last 50 years we have eradicated the equivalent to a whole 10 rainforest while ironically the world is alarmed and worried about the actual state of the Amazonian because it has suffered the loss of 20% of its trees. So whether the depletion of the atmospheric oxigent is going to happened in 80 or 200 years the question today should be if we are going to do something about now that we are still on time to stop this or if we are going to continue with the same of ignorance, laziness and business as usual attitude in favor of a high temperatures scenario.  

¡Definitely the answer is YES, we can do something! Is possible and most important, we still have the time to do it.

 

The voices of change are no longer common citizens or idealistic young environmentalist protesting in front of hotel lobbies waiting for G8 or the United Nations’ leaders. Today mayor representatives from the business and financing world are the ones publicly and officially declare their migration to green technologies. Recently Stephen Heinz, president of The Rockefeller Brother’s Foundation confirmed their decision to abandon de oil business to plunge into the green energies. A total paradox for a dynasty that although no longer has controls over the markets have a strong presence in petroleum multinationals that where denounced many times for environmental pollution. However although in 2015 the world emerged victorious with the transcendental first ever global accord in the fight against global warming, where in Paris, representatives from 196 countries agreed to decrease the use of fossil fuels that generate heat-trapping greenhouse gas emissions so far, the climate target that Western governments have agreed on is not even close to being achieved so the new world capital investment criteria are presenting themselves as a reaction to global entrepreneurs that haven´t allowed to prevent the imminent danger we are facing by waiting to apply the agreed reductions until the costs of damages induced by Climate Change extreme events become big losses for companies and investors.

         

The physical risk associated with the rise in global temperatures and the transition risk created by shifting towards a low-carbon economy are already having wide-reaching consequences for investors’ portfolios predicting that capital markets will have a very important role to play in the way they actually direct flows, favoring companies that are transitioning to a more sustainable future. As new technological companies reaches total sustainability by eradicating waste and greenhouse gases releases to the environment and the reversal of climate change, these new technologies become the most attractive with a maximum priority for significant investments and the ones with half way solutions that falsely advertised themselves as a complete ecological or green alternative will be relegated to second place with less priority. The concept of green sustainable growth must put emphasis in the fact that environmental protection must be compatible with the concept of economic growth and benefices such as avoiding the economic cost of the environmental degradation such as in 2018, when ¨Human-induce climate caused more than US$160 billion in damages.

 

The Major Investment Opportunity of Modern History

Just recently the saltwater technology has been certified for commercial vehicle on European roads. A 920 horsepower (680 kW) sport automobile that uses something known as an electrolyte flow cell power system to power four electric motors reaching 0-60 mph (100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds, making it as fast as the McLaren P1 and an impressive 217.5 mph (350 km/h) using nothing but saltwater. Furthermore we have also developed a fast bullet train the uses a technology called electro hydro magnetism that forms a plasma on the rails that allows the train to float to minimize friction to reach extraordinary high speeds using solar energy.

 

These technologies are just like starts in a huge galaxy of new scientific and technological developments that have been showing up in recent years and arise every day. Another important new alternative technology currently successfully in use, is the zero waste/use concept used in the new waste management systems which in deed could be an effective, practical and sustainable solution for the problems of GHG released from the waste in the cities, where each person produces an average of one kilogram of solid wastes per day generating environmental damages when methane gas is liberated to the atmosphere in landfills due to organic matter decomposition.

 

This system is so efficient that in terms of CO2 equivalent emissions per ton of food waste, landfill incurred (+) 536 Kg per ton of food waste while anaerobic digesters avoid (-) 162 Kg per ton of food waste. Even more, the resulting sludge in the anaerobic digesters can be turned into biochar an extraordinary organic fertilizer that can transform poor nutrient and depleted soils in highly productive ones and resistant to extreme droughts and flood and if added to 10% of global cultivated lands in the world could sequester the equivalent of 29 billion ton of CO2 (a proximally equal to the annual emission of greenhouse gases generated by humanity) and extract the CO2 accumulated in the atmosphere and reverse Climate Change. Our green energy generating system is probably the most evolve system we have worked with. Initially we considered the use of bio-gas power units to generate at least 2 third of the electricity required for the entire complex. However we moved to design and develop a power generating systems that has been adapted and integrated with other technologies that could multiply its electricity generation over five times as well as other advantages such as AC, cold air for conservation coolers and domestic refrigerators as well as cold air for the condensation process that allow us to obtain water from a significant source of fresh water in our planet found in the form of water vapor contained in the air that’s generated in our oceans by the sun heat. In this regard, today we have incorporated in our design a new technological innovation called Solid Oxide Fuel Cell which works like a battery that always runs throughout an electrochemical reaction that converts natural gas, syngas or biogas into clean electrical energy, without combustion and when syngas or biogas is used the cell generate reliable electric power with zero carbon emissions for 160 average residence day and nights including gas less AC from a basic server that hardly occupies by one parking space. Currently it´s successfully use in companies such as Google, Apple, NASA, Coca Cola, FedEx, AT&T, Nokia, Yahoo, Caltech Honda, Kellogg's y Panasonic among others.

 

And with an absolute independence from pollutant non-renewable conventional energy sources, using less water and a new operational and marketing strategy to increase profits, we will set the upscale environmental and economic feasibility that will allow us to produce, in less than 10% of the total world cultivated lands all the organic food that will be needed to feed an overpopulated world that in 2050 will total much more than 9 billion people. This new production system will constitute the starting point to reach the capacity to produce the food we will need in the next decades and beyond with controlled environment technologies and operational adaptations capable of executing tillage with accurate swiftness, performance, minimal operational personnel and new green food technology processing systems for organic value-added products using non chemical preservatives and stabilizer, and new green recyclable, non-toxic biodegradable and bio-plastics packing’s. Our goal is to offer everything you can find in a regular supermarket but in a green, organic and bio-degradable and non-toxic packing presentation at accessible prices. This way our investors will exclusively possess a unique competitive edge and advantage to successfully penetrate the current organic food market niche with quality, variety and prices lower than any competitors with a technological infrastructure that will allow food production in any latitude and in extreme climate conditions.

 

Because we don´t farm in the soil and use clean sterile subtract with nutrients been provided continually as needed by the plant, we will avoid introducing in our food diseases that may be in the soil. We will have total control and visibility of our products, from production to delivering in the store by operating with in environmentally controlled spaces with sophisticated precision and a powerful logistics technology that maximize quality and production rate with infrastructures that helps deliver cutting-edge green production and processing solutions.

With a low initial investment, an extraordinary productive capacity and the highest economic performance this new concepts will promote the flow of world investment capitals to these new technologies and expand to a global scale to become, together with the total elimination of the use of fossil fuels, an effective way to reverse Climate Change and win the Climate fight!
